FOR YOUR BUSINESS
WHY DEX
Your tools provide useful alerts and recommendations. Keeping up with them takes time: checking the details, deciding what needs attention and following through.
Dex takes on that review work, every week.
Could this expose company email, interrupt work or keep adding to the bill? Dex explains the issue and the reason it needs attention.
Dex checks the setup behind the alerts and connects related findings. Your IT person gets the account, app or service involved, the evidence and what to check or change.
Open issues carry into the next review. Upcoming certificate expiry stays visible. You can see what still needs attention and what has been marked resolved.
WHO DEX HELPS
The need changes as your business grows. A small business needs the checks covered. An established team needs more time and another pair of eyes.
SMALLER BUSINESSES
No dedicated security specialist? Dex checks the agreed systems and gives you a plain-English action list to work through with your IT provider.
ESTABLISHED COMPANIES & IT TEAMS
As systems grow, old apps, permissions and paid services accumulate. Dex reviews the agreed setup and gives your team a clear cleanup list.

BEFORE YOU ASK
Alerts are useful. Someone still has to review them, check related systems, decide what needs attention and follow up. Dex takes on that recurring work and gives you a practical weekly plan.
For example, Microsoft’s Azure Advisor and Secure Score already offer useful recommendations. Dex adds a regular review across the agreed systems, explanations and a list of work still outstanding.
You can start as a business owner. Dex explains what needs attention in plain English, with the detail your IT provider needs to make changes. For established teams, it provides another review of the setup and takes routine checking work off their list.
Dex handles recurring checks, findings, action plans and follow-up within the agreed scope. Your team or provider handles fixes, day-to-day support and incidents. Dex’s access is always read only.
Microsoft 365 and Azure are supported today. Broader coverage is planned. Tell us which systems you use so we can agree a useful scope with you.
No. Access is always read only. The scope and permissions are agreed for the chosen checks. Dex cannot change settings, edit customer data, remove resources or request write access.
The review is designed to use different AI models to examine the evidence from security, access, continuity and cost angles, and cross-check recommendations. Each finding should explain the evidence and the next step. Several models do not guarantee that every issue will be found.
We start with a scoped pilot for your business. You agree the checks, read only access and pricing before it begins. Send us a short note to discuss your setup and what you want covered.
